However, I would have preferred to make it with shredded unsweetened coconut. The coconut flour changes the texture; you need to add more liquid. It sounds like a good idea, though, and I have updated the recipe.<br /><br />Please spread the word about The Family Chef. Could I make it even MORE "Maui" inspired and use coconut flour? Is it easy to cook with coconut flour?
